Core Escape

A simple 2D platformer with both offline and online leaderboards. The game can be played casually or with the intention of speedrunning. Core Escape Overview: You play as a Flame Spirit that has been ejected from the sun at a tremendous speed. After crash-landing on a vast Earth-like planet, you discover a familiar presence deep beneath its crust. Goal: The objective is to harness the power from each area you traverse and continue to overheat. By gaining energy at the end of each level, you can break through the earth’s crust. Your mission is to expose a new land filled with water and plants by penetrating through all five levels. Along the way, you'll encounter other Flame Spirits. Your ultimate goal is to unite them all by creating a continuous passage through the five areas. Can you reunite the Flame Spirits and bring life to the hidden world within the earth?
